Architects

The Pacifica Apartment complex has been designed by the Melbourne based Architect, Mr. David Earle of Architects and Project Co Ordinators Pty Ltd.

David has over 25 years experience in designing and supervising the completion of residential apartment buildings in Melbourne and is considered as one of the cities leading designers of Student Accommodation Facilities. In fact, his group were responsible for the development of the first site specific student housing development in the city.

Over the past decade David has been responsible for designing over 750 units in Melbourne that are now occupied by Students studying in Melbourne.

Due to this history, David’s experience and his teams insight provides the Project with design concepts and facilities that are both specific and essential when building a complex to accommodate students in the numbers that will call Pacifica Apartments home.

Project Manager

Case Meallin & Associates Pty Ltd have been again engaged by the developers to supervise the construction and delivery of Pacifica Apartments.

Case Meallin are an experienced and highly respected Project Management company in Melbourne. The company has over 30 years experience in the construction industry and has acted as Project Manager on award winning apartment complexes. Clients include some of Australia’s leading Institutional Property companies as well as Melbourne’s leading developers.

Case Meallin’s role in Pacifica is a full Project Management position, with active participation to ensure that the complex is built to the standards established between the Developer and the Builder.

Builder

The Developers will contract to build Pacifica Apartments with a reputable and financially secure independent Construction company with an experience in building similar sized Apartment complexes.

Developer

The Developers of Pacifica Apartments have a combined 35 years experience in the Property Development and Finance industries.

The three (3) partners are currently completing the $42million “Mount View” apartment complex in Heidelberg. This exciting project is one of the largest of its type currently being developed in Melbourne’s suburbs. The complex comprises 100 apartments within a seven (7) level tower, directly opposite the new $376m Austin / Mercy Hospital redevelopment. Please refer to www.mountstreet.com.au
