FEATURES
Pacifica Apartments, have been designed with
security for its residents in mind.
The live in Manager will provide permanent
on site staff and security, via their reception and general
management duties.
A 24 hour access Security key system
will be installed, that will require computer identification
of any person entering the building via public access points
including;
• Vehicle access to the Basement.
• Basement Lift Lobby access.
• Entrance from the Ground Floor foyer into the main
lobby.
Only registered Tenants and staff of the
complex will receive a security key. Keys will be issued via
a security bond arrangement which will assist in preventing
duplication.
In order to access the internal workings
of the complex, all visitors will be required to register
with the front office.
No visitor will be permitted access without
the authorisation of the appropriate resident.
Each unit will have a “audio only”
intercom connection to the entrance lobby. In order for a
Visitor to gain entry to the complex outside the Office hours,
residents will be required to physically go to the ground
floor and open the door via their security card. Glass doors
/ windows will assist in the identification by the resident
of the visitor.
Security camera’s linked to the
front office will be installed in the;
• Entrance foyer
• Reception
• Basement
• Lift lobby
Sensor lighting will be installed to the
basement and ground floor entrance forecourt providing evening
security for occupants.
The basement security grill has been positioned
not to impact on the egress from the security carded fire
escape door in the basement.
