STUDENT CATCHMENT

Pacifica apartments are conveniently located 15 km’s east from the Melbourne CBD, in the heart of cosmopolitan Box Hill.

Pacifica apartments have been designed to cater for the ever growing Student market, capitalising on Box Hill’s growing education facilities, extensive public transport and modern shopping centers, and the high quality Universities of International standing located in adjoining suburbs.

The potential rental market that Pacifica will service is huge and demand currently far outweighs supply.
